Day 2 - Wed January 28 | 3pm-4:30pm PST

Day 2 is where things click.
Instead of seeing your business as a never-ending list of tasks, you’ll begin to see it as an ecosystem—one that can be intelligently designed to support you.
You’ll be guided to:
- Identify your biggest bottlenecks in marketing, delivery, and operations—where you slow your momentum.

- Build your own AI Business Brain GPT to help you run your business with more clarity, consistency, and capacity. It becomes the central operating system that holds your planning system, SOPs, decision-making logic, brand standards, and business structure—so you can stay in your zone of genius and scale sustainably without burning out.
You’ll leave Day 3 with:
A felt sense of what it’s like to be supported by an AI Dream Team, confidence in what kind of integration you want (and don’t want), and a clear "yes" or "no" to the question:
