If you continue into the full program, you'll arrive with your plan ready to implement.

You answer guided questions about your business, your offers, your priorities, how work currently happens, and where your boundaries with AI are. Your recommended AI roles, your Skills, your Business Brain contents, and your next steps are all generated from your answers.

The Blueprint is not assigning every purchaser the same standard roster. Your roles are tailored to your business. No two businesses have exactly the same combination of offers, bottlenecks, standards, and opportunities, so no two Blueprints are identical. The Blueprint is built from everything we've learned teaching AI strategy to tens of thousands of entrepreneurs.

Plan for about 15 minutes for the guided Blueprint session, and give it your full attention, because detail is what makes your plan specific.

The complete experience, including watching the masterclass, will take about 60 minutes. There's a short welcome video and walkthrough of the Blueprint, your Blueprint session, and then the masterclass. I recommend watching the masterclass right after you generate your Blueprint while it is fresh, but it's there whenever you're ready.

No. The Blueprint is the planning and architecture stage. It identifies and prioritizes the roles, the Skills, and the context they need.

The masterclass then shows you how to build. The complete AI Dream Team® program is where you install, customize, connect, and optimize the full system. We want to be transparent about that distinction so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

No paid AI subscription is required to generate your Blueprint. The guided session takes place inside our Future Lab community on Circle, and everything required to create your custom plan is provided there.

When you start building your roles, they will live inside Claude or ChatGPT, and I show you both in the masterclass. A paid $20/month plan on either one is highly recommended to make your AI roles function at the highest level to save you time and grow your business.

No. You don't need to write code, build automations, or understand complex AI terminology to complete the Blueprint. You bring the knowledge of your business. The guided tool handles everything else.

You may have just been missing architecture. The Blueprint changes your starting point. It gives you the right roles, in the right order, with the right Skills and context, based on the business you are actually running.

No. Your Blueprint is yours to build from and use as a strategic roadmap. After you complete it, you may want to continue into the full AI Dream Team experience to keep building with us but there is no requirement to continue and it won't impact the value you get from the Blueprint in any way.

It's designed primarily for founders who already have offers, customers, workflows, or meaningful operational context. The Blueprint becomes more valuable when it can analyze a real business rather than a hypothetical one.
