TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing the AI Dream Suite, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase:

  1. Program Eligibility

AI Dream Suite™ is an advanced training program exclusively available to students of AI Dream Team™. By enrolling, you confirm that you have fully completed AI Dream Team™ and meet all prerequisites required to participate in this Program.

If it is determined that you have not met the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to revoke your access without refund.

 

  1. Program Delivery

AI Dream Suite™ is a 6-week live program beginning April 14, 2026, delivered through Zoom with replays and resources provided in a private portal, and a community forum for Q&As inside our Future Lab portal hosted on Circle.

Live calls take place at 11:00 AM PT. The full session schedule is as follows:

  • May 12 (Tuesday, 11:00 AM PT)  |  Week 5: Pilot Deployment On Your URL + Real World Testing

  • June 16 (Tuesday, 11:00 AM PT)  |  BONUS: Post-Deployment Check-In with Natalie

The Program includes:

  • A 6-week live cohort with a small group of entrepreneurs for a high-touch experience
  • Weekly live sessions of approximately 90 minutes to build through each milestone together
  • Two Build Labs in Weeks 4 to build alongside peers and receive real-time support
  • A bonus Post-Deployment Check-In with Natalie to troubleshoot, optimize, and strategize your next moves
  • Replay access within 72 hours for anyone who cannot attend live
  • At least one deployed, proprietary AI-powered asset built, legally structured, and live by end of Week 6

The structure, topics, and curriculum of each week are outlined in the program overview. We reserve the right to modify or update the curriculum at any time to reflect the latest best practices and advancements in AI development and implementation.

 

  1. Team Member Access

Each enrollment includes the option to add one team member to the Program at no additional charge. If you have an integrator, assistant, or operations partner you would like to bring into the build process with you, they are welcome to join.

To add a team member, simply reply to your onboarding email with their name and email address, and we will manually add them to the Program. They will receive all the same information you do: Zoom links, resources, session replays, and everything else they need to support you through the planning, preparation, asset building, and deployment process.

Having a team member alongside you can make the integration significantly smoother. This is a build program, and having a trusted person in your corner who understands every step of what you are creating together is a real asset. This offer extends to one team member only. Login sharing beyond this allowance is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Access and Duration of Access

There are two separate spaces you will use during this program.

First, all session replays and accompanying resources will be available in your private portal. You will unlock the portal using a passcode provided in your onboarding email post-enrollment. Save this passcode, as you will need to enter it each time you close and re-open the portal. Access to the replay portal and all accompanying resources is available for 12 weeks, expiring July 14, 2026.

Second, you will have access to a private Circle community space inside Future Lab, where you already access AI Dream Team. Log in to Future Lab as you normally would and you will find the AI Dream Suite space in the left-hand sidebar, directly beneath the AI Dream Team space. This community space includes:

  • A Q&A space where you can post questions for the community or for our support team in between sessions. Questions posted here may be addressed on live calls at Natalie’s discretion instead of responded to inside of Circle.
  • A Live Call Schedule space where you can access the full call schedule and Zoom links at any time.

Access to the Q&A community space in Future Lab is available for the duration of the 6-week live program only and will expire on May 19th.

 

  1. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to pay the Program fee under one of the available payment options:

  • Pay in Full: $4,997
  • Payment Plan: 4 monthly payments of $1,350 (total $5,400)

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. Missed or declined payments will result in immediate suspension of access until payment is restored. Because this is a time-sensitive, cohort-based program, failure to resolve payment issues within 7 days may result in permanent removal from the Program without refund.

You authorize our payment processor to automatically charge each installment to the payment method on file until your payment plan is complete.

 

  1. Refund Policy

If you attend the live sessions or watch the replays within 72 hours, complete the weekly milestones, and still do not have a deployed AI-powered asset at the end of our six weeks together, you can request a full refund.

No deployed asset? You will get your money back. This guarantee exists because the structure, the milestones, and the support work when you show up fully and build with us.

 

  1. Build-and-Implement Guarantee

The Program offers a results-based guarantee conditioned upon your full participation. If you attend all live workshops or watch the replays within 72 hours, complete all weekly assignments, and submit your custom instruction set and trained bot for review by Week 6, you will launch a working, client-facing AI product by the end of the Program. If you meet all criteria and do not achieve this outcome, we will refund your tuition.

This guarantee does not extend to:

  • Earnings or revenue generated
  • Sales performance of your AI product
  • Future business outcomes or client acquisition

The guarantee only applies if all Program requirements have been completed by the deadlines outlined above. Failure to complete or submit any required component voids eligibility for the guarantee.

 

  1. Personal Responsibility and Expectations

You acknowledge that the success of your AI product depends on your individual effort, business model, available content, market demand, and implementation of the Program teachings.

While the Program provides instruction, templates, frameworks, guidance, and support, results vary and cannot be guaranteed. You understand that:

  • You are responsible for attending or watching all sessions
  • You must perform all implementation steps
  • You must adapt frameworks to your own business

No promise or representation is made regarding specific business outcomes or financial results.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including replays, templates, documents, frameworks, instruction-set structures, and any supplemental resources, are the intellectual property of Natalie MacNeil and are provided solely for your personal and internal business use.

You may not:

  • Copy, share, distribute, or sell Program materials
  • Provide access to non-participants, teammates, clients, or contractors beyond the one permitted team member seat
  • Repurpose materials to create competing programs, products, or templates
  • Train AI models on Program content for commercial redistribution

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the Program and potential legal action.

 

  1. Non-Transferability

Your enrollment grants one license for personal use. Access cannot be transferred, gifted, or resold. Only one team member may join the sessions to support implementation, as explicitly stated in Section 3 of these Terms. Login sharing beyond this allowance is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Confidentiality

As a participant, you may have access to private discussions, sensitive business information, prototype demos, and strategies shared by other cohort members or the instructor. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and to not disclose, reproduce, or share any participant information.

You are also prohibited from using insights or information gained through the Program to create, train, or enhance competing AI products or offerings.

 

  1. Technology and Access Requirements

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a stable internet connection
  • Keeping your Circle and Zoom login credentials secure
  • Maintaining access to the tools used in the Program, including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, Chatbase, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or other third-party platforms

We are not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party platform outages or changes.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your purchase or participation in AI Dream Suite™ will be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support before initiating any legal claim. If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program creator, team members, contractors, and affiliates disclaim liability for:

  • Errors or omissions in the Program content
  • Any business decisions or outcomes resulting from participation
  • Losses, damages, or injuries resulting from implementation
  • Third-party tool or platform failures

You participate in the Program voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.

 

  1. Agreement to Terms

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by them
  • You understand and consent to the refund policy as described in Sections 6 and 7
  • You are responsible for fulfilling all participation requirements
  • You meet the prerequisite of completing AI Dream Team™
