Course Content Delivery

Upon purchase, you receive access to AI Dream Team course materials, which may include videos, workbooks, templates, written resources, custom GPTs, AI tools (including Cuey), and related materials (“Program Materials”).

Access is provided digitally and begins immediately upon purchase.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to all Program Materials after purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

No Guarantees

AI Dream Team is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

While the Program may reference strategies, tools, frameworks, and examples related to artificial intelligence and business use, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, income, performance, or success.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated

• Results depend on many factors beyond the Program, including your experience, decisions, business model, market conditions, and implementation

You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and apply any information or AI-generated output.

Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are not professional advice, including legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether and how to use any AI output

• You should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate

Natalie MacNeil Inc. makes no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for your specific circumstances.

Custom GPTs and Third Party Platforms

AI Dream Team includes access to proprietary custom GPTs and AI tools that operate on or in connection with third-party platforms, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of custom GPTs is also subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of OpenAI and any other applicable third-party providers

• Natalie MacNeil Inc. does not control third-party AI platforms, their systems, data handling practices, availability, or outputs

• Natalie MacNeil Inc. is not responsible for the actions, omissions, errors, interruptions, or policy changes of third-party AI providers

Cuey Tool

AI Dream Team includes an AI tool referred to as Cuey, which allows users to build prompts and create “Cues."

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cuey conversations may generate conversation records within the AI system

• Natalie MacNeil Inc. does not link these conversation records to your customer contact records

You expressly agree that:

• You will not input sensitive, confidential, personal, regulated information, including but not limited to personal data, financial information, health information, passwords, or client data

• You assume all risk associated with the information you choose to input

• Natalie MacNeil Inc. is not responsible for any consequences arising from your inputs or reliance on outputs

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, custom GPTs and supplemental resources, are the intellectual property of Natalie MacNeil and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any part of the course materials without prior written consent.

Your enrollment includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the custom GPTs provided as part of AI Dream Team for a period of 12 months from enrollment.

You agree that you will not:

• Share or provide access to the GPTs with others

• Use the GPTs to create or sell competing products or tools

All ownership rights remain with Natalie MacNeil Inc.

Non-Transferability

The AI Dream Team course and its materials (including the custom GPTs) are intended for the sole use of the purchaser. Access to the program and community resources is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

Confidentiality

As part of the course, you may gain access to private discussions, resources, and strategies shared by other participants or Natalie MacNeil. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or personal information shared within the program or its associated community spaces.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your purchase or participation in the AI Dream Team course will be governed by the laws of California. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing any formal legal actions.

Course Updates and Access

Your purchase of AI Dream Team includes 12 months of access to all AI Dream Team course materials, resources, and any updates made during that period, as well as 12 months access to use the custom GPTs. After the initial 12 months, you will have the option to renew your membership at a monthly rate to maintain access to the course materials and GPTs, including new updates and additions.

We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time to reflect the latest advancements in AI tools and strategies. Access to course materials and updates is contingent upon an active membership. If you choose not to renew your membership after 12 months, your access to the course platform, materials, GPTs, and updates will end.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalie MacNeil Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Program or AI tools

• Reliance on AI-generated outputs

• Errors, interruptions, or third-party platform changes

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natalie MacNeil Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Program or AI tools

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your input of prohibited or sensitive information

Agreement to Terms

By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also affirm that you are purchasing AI Dream Team with full awareness of the no-refund policy and your responsibility for your own success.
