The Visionary Collective 2026
Terms & Conditions

By joining The Visionary Collective Mastermind and any related activities (the "Events") conducted or organized by Natalie MacNeil Inc. (the "Organizer"), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase:

1. Description

Membership in The Visionary Collective Mastermind from January 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2026 (the “initial term”), and annually thereafter shall include the following:

* Quarterly Future Foresight Online Calls

* Monthly Strategic Hot Seats & Embodiment Coaching Online Calls

* Private WhatsApp Access

2. Payment Terms

The base membership price for the minimum commitment of the initial term is detailed on the order form. After the initial term, the base membership price will be advised via email prior to December 8th each year and will auto-renew on January 1st unless cancelled.

To cancel the auto-renewal of your membership after the initial term, please email julia@nataliemacneil.com on or before December 15th each year.

Members can choose the exclusive in-person retreats and impact experiences they want to attend. These will be paid for separately, and pricing depends on the overall cost of the experience.

No refunds will be given, and mid-initial term or mid-year cancellations and transfers are not permitted.

If you are paying via a payment plan, you are contractually agreeing to pay each payment on time. You are responsible for making all payments due under your payment plan and may not cancel. Your access to The Visionary Collective Mastermind group and Events will be suspended if we do not receive your payments within 30 days of the due date. Interest at 0.8333% per month (10% per year) will be imposed on your unpaid balance after 30 days.

3. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held liable or responsible to the Participant nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement to the extent, and for so long as, such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer including but not limited to fire, floods, embargoes, war, acts of war (whether war be declared or not), acts of terrorism, insurrections, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lockouts or other labor disturbances, acts of God or acts, omissions or delays in acting by any governmental authority.

4. General Release

Where applicable to in-person Events, you take the following actions for yourself and for your executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns:

a. YOU WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Organizer and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, Event sponsors, and Event volunteers from any and all liability — including liability arising from negligence — for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any actions of any kind that may occur during the Events or during travel to and from the Events.

b. YOU INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Organizer or anyone mentioned in this document for any liabilities or claims arising out of your participation in the Events, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Accident Waiver

Where applicable to in-person Events:

a. You understand that, while every reasonable precaution is taken to promote safety, not every situation can be controlled. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Events.

b. You agree that the Organizer will not be liable for injury, death, or loss or damage to your personal belongings resulting from participation in the Events. If you require emergency medical treatment during the Events, you consent to such treatment and agree to be financially responsible for any related expenses. You are responsible for monitoring your own medical or psychological conditions and agree not to participate in any portion of the Events that may be unsafe for you.

6. Audio/Visual Release

By participating in online calls and Events, you understand that portions may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by the Organizer. You agree that the Organizer and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs for any purpose without further compensation, permission, or notification.
