Terms and Conditions for AI Dream Team Course
By purchasing the AI Dream Team course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase:
1. Course Content Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to all course materials, including videos, workbooks, templates, and any other resources included in the program. Since all content is delivered upfront, there are no drip schedules or delayed releases.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this program and the immediate access to all course materials provided at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this policy is in effect regardless of your level of participation, completion of the course, or perceived results.
3. Commitment to Results
Our guarantee is rooted in your commitment to the program. If you fully engage with the course content, implement the strategies provided, and consistently utilize AI in your business on a daily basis, you will see results. However, success depends on your active participation and application of the course materials. Results are not guaranteed if the program is not implemented as intended.
4. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that your success in utilizing AI Dream Team depends on your individual efforts, business model, and market conditions. While the course provides tools, strategies, and frameworks, it is your responsibility to apply the knowledge and adapt it to your unique circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, and supplemental resources, are the intellectual property of Natalie MacNeil and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any part of the course materials without prior written consent.
6. Non-Transferability
The AI Dream Team course and its materials are intended for the sole use of the purchaser. Access to the program and community resources is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
7. Confidentiality
As part of the course, you may gain access to private discussions, resources, and strategies shared by other participants or the course creator. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or personal information shared within the program or its associated community spaces.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your purchase or participation in the AI Dream Team course will be governed by the laws of California. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing any formal legal actions.
9. Course Updates and Access
Your purchase of AI Dream Team includes 12 months of access to all course materials, resources, and any updates made during that period. After the initial 12 months, you will have the option to renew your membership at a monthly rate to maintain access to the course materials, including new updates and additions.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time to reflect the latest advancements in AI tools and strategies. Access to course materials and updates is contingent upon an active membership. If you choose not to renew your membership after 12 months, your access to the course platform, materials, and updates will end.
10. Agreement to Terms
By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also affirm that you are purchasing the AI Dream Team course with full awareness of the no-refund policy and your responsibility for your own success.

12. AI Asset Data Privacy
We may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") assets and tools in connection with the creation, development, editing, or enhancement of the AI Dream Team course, including but not limited to content generation, copy editing, design support, and workflow efficiencies. The course also provides you with access to proprietary AI Assets as part of the curriculum, including Cuey and any additional AI tools we make available in the future (collectively, "AI Assets"). Any AI Asset provided to you is subject to human direction, review, and finalization. Natalie MacNeil and her team exercise professional judgment and oversight in all aspects of the course and its deliverables, including AI Assets.
We take reasonable steps to protect any confidential or personally-identifying information you submit through an AI Asset, and we use all AI Assets in a manner intended to maintain confidentiality and data security. We do not and will not sell or share your confidential or personally-identifying data submitted through any AI Assets with third parties. However, you acknowledge that certain AI Assets may access or process data through third-party platforms, and we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of information once transmitted outside of our direct control. Accordingly, you understand that when personally-identifying information, including but not limited to protected health information or other confidential, proprietary, financial, business, legal, or other sensitive data, is submitted through the AI Assets, we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of this information.
13. Restrictions on Use of AI Assets and Course Materials
You understand and acknowledge that the information provided in the AI Dream Team course, including but not limited to course content, frameworks, templates, assessments, worksheets, methodologies, recordings, AI Assets, and any other materials provided to you (collectively, "Course Materials") have been developed or obtained through significant investment of time, effort, and expense, and that the Course Materials are valuable, special, and unique assets of Natalie MacNeil that must be protected from improper and unauthorized use.
You expressly agree that you will not use the Course Materials or AI Assets in any way that is contrary to these terms and conditions. You are clearly and expressly forbidden from inputting, uploading, or otherwise providing any of the Course Materials or AI Assets to train, fine-tune, or otherwise contribute to any artificial intelligence machine learning systems, large language models (LLMs), or automated content generation technologies existing now or in the future, without our express written permission.
You may use the Course Materials and AI Assets for your own learning and for application within your own business as intended by the course, including personal use such as summarization, analysis, or rewriting for your own knowledge and understanding. You are prohibited from duplicating, sharing, reselling, or creating derivative works of the Course Materials or AI Assets. You are prohibited from training any other person or business in how to use or create the same or substantially similar Course Materials or AI Assets, and from creating competing products, courses, or services based on the Course Materials or AI Assets.
You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of Course Materials, including AI Assets, in violation of these restrictions may cause immediate and irreparable harm to Natalie MacNeil for which monetary damages alone may be insufficient. Accordingly, we shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other rights and remedies available under applicable law. The Course Materials and AI Assets remain the intellectual property of Natalie MacNeil unless otherwise expressly assigned in writing. Use of the Course Materials and AI Assets does not alter ownership rights or grant you any rights beyond those expressly set forth in these terms and conditions.
You agree and understand that for any violation of this section or the AI Asset Data Privacy section above, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the course and Course Materials, including the AI Assets, at any time without a refund or any other type of recourse.
