A few more things about me...
I’m a Canadian expat who calls Los Angeles home, a jetsetting lover of adventure, and devoted to expanding human potential. I'm a Capricorn sun, Sagittarius moon, Gemini rising, and Aquarius Midheaven, with a Taurus north node and Scorpio south node. I'm a Projector 3/5 in Human Design, and the highest expressions of my life's work and purpose in the Gene Keys are Ascension and Awakening. I'm a 3w2 in the Enneagram. Anyone who has ever read a chart for me, within any system, has basically said I'm living in full alignment with my higher purpose 😉
I've worked with mentors and teachers around the world, and I've completed intensive trainings and certifications in a variety of modalities including neurostrategic coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), kundalini mudra meditation, breathwork, and more.
I've always had a deep connection to the future, a gift of foresight that has guided my own entrepreneurial journey and helped me become a pioneer in the industries I've built businesses in. Now, I'm embracing this gift fully, helping heart-led entrepreneurs future-proof their businesses and lead the future with confidence and clarity.

I even wrote a bestselling book called The Rituals that has several rituals from around the world and also rituals from my signature coaching method. I believe, in an over-optimized world, it's those who prioritize freedom and self-discovery and mindfulness that will bring about new ways of thinking and being.

There is so much more to this dance of life and to building thriving businesses than funnels, conversion rates, and AI automations. Don't get me wrong, I love co-creating with AI and I will teach you how to do that too 😉 but we owe it to ourselves to revel in pleasure, love, connection, and joy, and that's how I orient.
...In Embodiment > Mindset
When I was starting my first company, I was told by so many mentors and entrepreneurs I respected that "It's all about mindset." But I've come to see what an oversimplification that is, and how it doesn't encompass our whole selves. The real road to becoming the leader you were born to be starts when you choose to be that now. Embodiment work has been a huge part of my journey, and it's the ground on which I build everything in my life and businesses.
We owe it to ourselves to reclaim every part of ourselves we have shamed or been afraid of, embrace all that makes us different, and restore our wholeness. And that's the transmission we're here to share that has the potential to be our biggest impact and our legacy.

Now that you’ve arrived, you might be wondering how all this came to be…
My Story...
I used to be out taking on the world, and I was a trailblazer in the industries I built my businesses in, receiving many awards and accolades from an Emmy Award to "Entrepreneur of the Year."
In fact, for over a decade I offered my products and services to the world under a brand name called “She Takes on the World,” which you may be familiar with. It's also the name of my first bestselling book.
But beneath the surface of my successes, I sensed there was so much more, and I was devoted to finding what that "more" was.
My journey took me around the globe, exploring diverse cultures and ancient wisdom traditions. I sought not just to find myself, but to understand more about our collective past and future as humanity.
Along the way, I learned from so many teachers, including one who has perhaps become my most important teacher of all: My Future Self. I had always felt a connection to her, but learning to work with her and receive her wisdom opened up more of my gifts and abilities as a seer.
After several years of diving deep, studying, and living and working in ways that felt so true for me but were different from societal standards and "norms," I finally felt like I found the "more" I had once been longing for.
It turns out the "more" was actually just less of what had been prescribed as "shoulds" by society and the world around me. "More" was more me, more of what felt true in my bones, more of my whole expression, more of carving my own path; which ironically I had always been doing but this time it was with full self-permission, zero shame, and a deep understanding that I'm not here to fit into this world because I'm here to create a new world and new paradigms.
I could see the future we were collectively moving towards, and I was embodying it in the present. This is now a tenet of my Transformational Embodiment Method.
It's my soul's work to guide visionaries, leaders, and entrepreneurs to embody their brightest future, and our brightest future.
I'll help you bring forth more of your genius and essence, align with technology and AI to amplify the transmission you're here to share and grow with ease, and also become the leader that (y)our future needs you to be.
And so here we are IN A new era where everything is about to change.
While some fear it, I'm excited and hopeful about what's to come. I believe we will end up creating what we embody. If we embody fear, we'll create those bleak outcomes we've seen in the media and in SciFi movies. If we embody hope, we can create a brighter future and more beautiful world. I look forward to doing exactly that alongside you.

My Approach
More about my approach
I passionately believe that the best teachers see themselves as forever-students. Everything I share, I first implement, test, and embody within myself and my life and/or business. I’ve studied meditation with masters, done breathwork training, completed levels 1 and 2 of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), did an NLP and Neuro Strategist Certification, dismantled my identity and remembered my True Self through tantra immersions, and taken courses on everything from gestalt therapy to herbology to the future of marketing. I am constantly studying, contemplating, and working on embodying those learnings. All that I learn -- whether from a Shaman in Peru, a high-level training in a classroom, or from the countless fellow humans I've connected with all over the globe -- I pour right back into my methodology, coaching, writings, videos, and books.
