Terms and Conditions for AI Dream Team Course

Last Updated: April 2026

By purchasing AI Dream Team® (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, submitting payment, accessing the Program, or using any Program materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your purchase of AI Dream Team®, including the course content, training videos, guidebooks, templates, prompts, worksheets, AI assets, community access, bonus materials, downloadable resources, updates, and any other materials or features made available as part of the Program.

For questions about these Terms, please contact support@nataliemacneil.com.

1. Program Overview

AI Dream Team® is a self-study online training program designed to teach entrepreneurs, leaders, coaches, course creators, and business owners how to work with artificial intelligence tools and large language models to support their business, creativity, productivity, marketing, operations, and client experience.

The Program currently includes access to course content and related resources inside the Future Lab portal hosted through Circle, including foundational trainings, role-building guidebooks, AI role instruction sets, prompts, templates, demos, community spaces, bonus resources, and access to certain AI assets and custom GPTs made available by Natalie MacNeil and her team.

The Program is educational in nature. It is not a done-for-you service, private coaching container, agency service, consulting engagement, or live group coaching program unless expressly stated in a separate written offer.

2. Course Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Program through the Future Lab portal hosted on Circle or through any other platform we may choose to use in the future.

Your initial purchase includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase to the Program portal, course content, community spaces, updates, new trainings, new demos, new guidebooks, new templates, and any new Program materials we make available during your active 12-month access period.

Unless otherwise stated, the Program is delivered on a self-study basis. You will receive access to the Program materials made available inside the portal, but your purchase does not include private coaching, live calls, personalized review, individualized business consulting, one-on-one support, or direct access to Natalie MacNeil unless those features are expressly offered as part of a separate promotion, bonus, program, or written agreement.

Because this is a self-study program with immediate access to digital materials, you are responsible for setting aside time to engage with the Program and apply what you learn.

3. What Your Initial Purchase Includes

Your initial purchase of AI Dream Team® currently includes 12 months of access to the Program and its active resources, which may include:

- Foundational trainings on AI collaboration, ethical AI use, large language models, prompting, custom GPTs, AI roles, and automation.
- Six core role-building guidebooks, including instruction sets and prompts for building AI roles such as CEO, Marketing Strategist, Social Media Expert, Content Creator, Project Manager, and Business Brain.
- Access to Cuey or other proprietary AI assets we make available to support the creation of cues, brand voice guides, ideal client profiles, content strategy guides, and other business resources.
- Access to 12 of Natalie MacNeil’s bonus Custom GPTs for 12 months, subject to availability and the terms of the third-party platforms that host them.
- Five bonus lifestyle role guidebooks, which may include AI roles such as Personal Trainer, Therapist, Coach, Nutritionist, and Personal Assistant.
- Access to demos, walkthroughs, and tool trainings we make available during your active access period.
- Access to the AI Dream Team® Prompt Library or similar prompt organization resources.
- Access to the AI Dream Team® community spaces during your active access period.
- Access to new Program updates, demos, guidebooks, trainings, GPTs, templates, or other materials we add during your active 12-month access period.

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, replace, rename, reorganize, or discontinue specific Program components, trainings, bonuses, community features, AI assets, or resources at any time. We may do this to reflect changes in AI tools, third-party platforms, technology, business needs, legal requirements, or Program strategy.

4. Pricing and Payment Options

The current pricing options for AI Dream Team® are:

1. Pay in full: $997 at checkout.
2. Payment plan: 6 monthly payments of $199.

If you select the payment plan, the total payment plan amount is $1,194. This is $197 more than the pay-in-full price. The additional amount reflects the cost of selecting the payment plan option and spreading the purchase price across 6 monthly payments.

The payment plan is offered as a financing option to make enrollment more accessible. It is not a membership, subscription, month-to-month access plan, or cancel-anytime payment arrangement.

5. Payment Plan Agreement

By selecting the payment plan, you are entering into a binding agreement to pay the full payment plan amount.

If you choose the payment plan option, you agree to complete all 6 monthly payments of $199, for a total payment plan amount of $1,194. You are purchasing 12 months of access to AI Dream Team® and are choosing to pay for that purchase over time.

You understand and agree that:

- The payment plan is not a membership option.
- The payment plan is not a subscription you may cancel early.
- The payment plan does not provide month-to-month access.
- The payment plan cannot be canceled, paused, shortened, or stopped because you decide not to continue with the Program.
- The payment plan cannot be canceled because you do not complete the Program within your 12-month access period.
- The payment plan cannot be canceled because you do not use the Program, do not log in, do not participate, or do not implement the materials.
- You remain responsible for completing all payments in full, regardless of your level of participation, completion, implementation, or results.

Your 12-month access period begins on the date of your initial purchase, not after your final payment is made.

6. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, current, and able to process scheduled payments.

If a payment plan payment fails, we may notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment information. If your account remains past due, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Program, including the course portal, community spaces, AI assets, bonus Custom GPTs, updates, and other Program materials, until your account is brought current.

Suspension or removal of access due to failed payments does not cancel your payment plan, reduce the total amount owed, or release you from your obligation to complete the payment plan in full.

If your account becomes delinquent, we reserve the right to pursue collection of any outstanding amounts to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may also be responsible for reasonable collection costs, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, or other costs associated with recovering unpaid amounts, where permitted by applicable law.

7. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate access provided to Program materials, we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of:

- Your level of participation.
- Whether you complete the Program.
- Whether you log in or access the materials.
- Whether you use the downloadable resources.
- Whether you build your AI roles.
- Whether you experience your desired results.
- Whether your business changes.
- Whether your schedule changes.
- Whether you decide the Program is no longer a fit.
- Whether your access period expires before you complete the Program.

There are no refunds or cancellations for choosing not to complete the Program within the 12-month access period.

If you selected the payment plan, the no-refund policy does not cancel or reduce your obligation to complete the payment plan in full.

8. Optional Annual Renewal After Initial 12 Months

Your initial purchase includes 12 months of access to AI Dream Team®.

At the end of your initial 12-month access period, you may be given the option to purchase an annual renewal membership to continue your access to the Program, community spaces, bonus Custom GPTs, new content, updates, demos, trainings, and other active resources.

The annual renewal membership is 100% optional. It is not included automatically with your initial purchase. You will not be automatically enrolled in the annual renewal membership at the end of your initial 12-month access period.

To enter the annual renewal membership, you must make a new purchase and agree to the renewal terms presented at that time.

If you do not purchase the annual renewal membership, your access to the course portal, community spaces, updates, new content, bonus Custom GPTs, and any non-downloadable active Program resources will expire at the end of your initial 12-month access period.

9. Annual Renewal Membership Terms

If you choose to enroll in the annual renewal membership after your initial 12-month access period, your membership will renew automatically on an annual basis until canceled.

You may cancel your annual renewal membership at any time by emailing support@nataliemacneil.com.

Canceling your annual renewal membership stops future annual renewal charges. It does not provide a refund or partial refund for the current annual renewal period, except where required by applicable law.

After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current paid 12-month renewal period. Your access will then expire unless you choose to renew again.

To avoid being charged for another annual renewal period, you must email your cancellation request before your renewal date and allow reasonable processing time.

The annual renewal membership fee, benefits, renewal terms, and included resources may change over time. The terms presented at the time of your annual renewal purchase will apply to that renewal.

10. Downloadable Materials and Post-Access Use

During your active access period, you may download and save copies of downloadable Program materials made available to you, such as guidebooks, templates, prompts, worksheets, instruction sets, cue templates, prompt library templates, business cue templates, and similar resources.

You may continue to use those downloaded materials for your own personal learning and for application within your own business after your portal access expires, provided your use remains consistent with these Terms.

After your access period ends, you will no longer have access to:

- The Future Lab portal.
- Circle-hosted Program materials.
- Community spaces.
- Updates.
- New trainings.
- New demos.
- New guidebooks.
- New templates.
- New Program resources.
- Natalie’s bonus Custom GPTs.
- Any AI assets or resources that require active portal access or active membership access.

Your personal AI Dream Team roles that you build for yourself on the large language model or AI platform of your choice are yours to continue using, subject to the terms of the third-party platform where you build them.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Program may reference, demonstrate, or rely on third-party platforms, tools, or services, including but not limited to Circle, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Google, automation tools, video tools, document tools, AI tools, or other third-party software.

You understand and agree that:

- Third-party platforms are not owned or controlled by us.
- Third-party platforms may change their pricing, access rules, availability, features, model behavior, terms, privacy policies, or technical requirements at any time.
- We are not responsible for outages, removals, pricing changes, feature changes, account restrictions, errors, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.
- You are responsible for creating and maintaining any third-party accounts needed to use certain tools or apply certain trainings.
- Any fees charged by third-party platforms are separate from your purchase of AI Dream Team® unless expressly stated otherwise.

As of the latest update to these Terms, Natalie’s bonus Custom GPTs may be accessible through the free version of ChatGPT. However, because OpenAI and other third-party platforms may change their requirements at any time, we cannot guarantee that free access will always remain available.

12. Community Access and Conduct

During your active access period, you may receive access to community spaces connected with AI Dream Team®.

Community access is provided to support learning, implementation, peer connection, inspiration, accountability, and discussion. You agree to participate respectfully and professionally.

You agree not to:

- Harass, threaten, bully, abuse, or discriminate against other members.
- Share confidential information posted by other members outside the community.
- Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services without permission.
- Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or misleading content.
- Upload malware, harmful files, or disruptive content.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, results, or credentials.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest member information.
- Use the community to train competing programs, products, services, AI tools, or communities.

We reserve the right to remove posts, limit participation, suspend community access, or terminate access to the Program without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a participant has violated these Terms or disrupted the safety, integrity, or purpose of the community.

13. Challenges, Leaderboards, Prizes, and Promotional Features

From time to time, we may offer community challenges, leaderboards, prizes, bonus opportunities, promotional experiences, live events, special sessions, or other limited-time features.

These features are not guaranteed as part of your purchase unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change, pause, cancel, remove, modify, or discontinue any community challenge, leaderboard, prize opportunity, promotional feature, or special experience at any time.

Prize opportunities, challenges, and special promotional features may be offered only during specific promotional periods. Participation in the Program does not guarantee eligibility for prizes, awards, recognition, or special access.

14. No Guarantee of Results

AI Dream Team® provides tools, trainings, frameworks, prompts, examples, demonstrations, and resources designed to support your learning and implementation. However, your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, business model, audience, offers, market conditions, experience, skill, technology access, and how you apply the materials.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

Any examples, testimonials, earnings references, productivity claims, student stories, time-saving examples, or marketing statements are provided for illustration and inspiration only. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Any guarantee language used in connection with the Program refers to our belief in the value of the method when thoughtfully and consistently implemented. It does not guarantee a specific personal, business, financial, or professional outcome.

You acknowledge and agree that:

16. Educational Disclaimer

All Program content, AI assets, prompts, templates, custom GPTs, demos, trainings, examples, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The Program does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, fitness, nutrition, or other licensed professional advice.

17. AI Output Disclaimer

18. AI Asset Data Privacy

We may use artificial intelligence tools and AI assets in connection with the creation, development, editing, support, delivery, or enhancement of the Program, including but not limited to content generation, copy editing, design support, workflow efficiencies, and educational demonstrations.

The Program may also provide access to proprietary or curated AI assets, custom GPTs, prompts, cue templates, AI role instructions, or other AI-supported tools and resources (collectively, “AI Assets”).

We take reasonable steps to protect confidential or personally identifying information you submit directly to us. However, certain AI Assets may operate through third-party platforms, including platforms we do not own or control.
