Terms and Conditions for the AI Dream Team® Blueprint

By purchasing the AI Dream Team® Blueprint (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, submitting payment, accessing the Program, or using any Program materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to your purchase of the AI Dream Team® Blueprint, including the Blueprint tool, your resulting custom AI role plan, the accompanying masterclass, community access, and any other materials or features made available as part of the Program.

1. Program Overview

The AI Dream Team® Blueprint is a custom-built AI tool (the “Blueprint tool”) that we developed to help entrepreneurs, leaders, coaches, course creators, and business owners identify which AI roles are the highest priority for their specific business, in what order to build them, and why.
Through a guided chat conversation with the Blueprint tool, you will answer questions about your business model, offers, priorities, and operations. The Blueprint tool uses your answers to generate your custom AI Dream Team® Blueprint plan directly within that conversation.
The Program currently includes access to the Blueprint tool, an accompanying masterclass, and access to the free Future Lab community hosted through Circle, including the Welcome space.
The Program is educational and planning-focused in nature. It is not a done-for-you service, private coaching container, agency service, consulting engagement, live group coaching program, or the complete AI Dream Team® installation program, unless you separately purchase that program.
The Program is Step 1 of a larger AI Dream Team® ecosystem. Any invitation to continue into the complete AI Dream Team® program is optional and governed by its own separate terms.

2. Program Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Blueprint tool and the accompanying masterclass for 12 months from the date of purchase, delivered through the Future Lab portal hosted on Circle, or through any other platform we may choose to use in the future.
We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, move, rename, reorganize, or discontinue specific Program components, the Blueprint tool, the masterclass, the community platform, or related resources at any time, including to reflect changes in AI tools, third-party platforms, technology, business needs, legal requirements, or Program strategy.
The Program is delivered on a self-guided basis. You will receive access to the Program materials made available inside the portal, but your purchase does not include private coaching, live calls, personalized review, individualized business consulting, one-on-one support, or direct access to Natalie MacNeil unless those features are expressly offered as part of a separate promotion, bonus, program, or written agreement.
Because this is a digital program with immediate access to materials, you are responsible for setting aside time to use the Blueprint tool and engage with your results.

3. Blueprint Tool Usage Limits

You may use the Blueprint tool to generate a custom AI Dream Team® Blueprint plan up to 3 times during your 12-month access period. Each completed run of the tool counts as one Blueprint generation.
Once you have used all 3 available Blueprint generations, or once your 12-month access period ends, whichever happens first, you will no longer be able to generate additional Blueprints using the tool.
This usage limit and 12-month access period apply to your purchase of this Program regardless of whether you separately purchase the complete AI Dream Team® program. Enrolling in the complete AI Dream Team® program does not reset, extend, add to, or otherwise change the number of Blueprint generations or the length of the access period available to you under this Program.

4. What Your Purchase Includes

Your purchase of the AI Dream Team® Blueprint currently includes:
- Up to 3 uses of the Blueprint tool within your 12-month access period, each generating a custom AI Dream Team® Blueprint plan through a guided chat conversation about your business model, offers, priorities, and operations.
- Your resulting custom AI Dream Team® Blueprint plan(s), identifying the AI roles most likely to create leverage in your business and the recommended order to build them in.
- The AI Dream Team® Blueprint masterclass, which explains how to interpret your plan, introduces the Business Brain concept, and shows how your recommended roles fit into a complete AI operating system.
- Access to the free Future Lab community on Circle, including the Welcome space, where you can introduce yourself and read past newsletter issues.
We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, replace, rename, reorganize, or discontinue specific Program components, the Blueprint tool, the masterclass, community features, or resources at any time.

5. Pricing and Payment

The AI Dream Team® Blueprint is offered as a single payment of $27 at checkout. There is no payment plan option for this Program, and your purchase does not create any recurring or subscription charge.

6. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate access provided to the Blueprint tool and Program materials, we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of:
- Your level of participation.
- How many of your 3 available Blueprint generations you use.
- Whether you watch the masterclass.
- Whether you use or implement your resulting plan.
- Whether you experience your desired results.
- Whether your business changes.
- Whether you decide the Program is no longer a fit.

7. Your Blueprint Output and Recordkeeping

Each custom AI Dream Team® Blueprint plan is delivered to you as part of your conversation with the Blueprint tool. We do not generate or provide a separate downloadable file, PDF, or emailed report of your plan.
You are responsible for copying, saving, or otherwise recording your plan from the chat conversation into your own document if you want a permanent copy for your own records. We recommend doing this promptly after each Blueprint generation.
If your access to the Program ends for any reason, including expiration of your 12-month access period, use of all 3 available Blueprint generations, or termination of access under these Terms, you will no longer be able to view past Blueprint tool conversations or retrieve any plan you did not separately copy and save. Any plan you did copy and save into your own document remains yours to keep and use for your own business, consistent with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Program may reference, demonstrate, rely on, or be delivered through third-party platforms, tools, or services, including but not limited to Circle, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Google, or other third-party software.
You understand and agree that:
- Third-party platforms are not owned or controlled by us.
- Third-party platforms may change their pricing, access rules, availability, features, model behavior, terms, privacy policies, or technical requirements at any time.
- We are not responsible for outages, removals, pricing changes, feature changes, account restrictions, errors, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.
- You are responsible for creating and maintaining any third-party accounts needed to use certain tools or complete certain parts of the Program.
- No paid AI subscription is required to use the Blueprint tool, but any fees you separately choose to incur on third-party AI platforms are your responsibility and are separate from your purchase of the Program.

9. Community Access and Conduct

Your purchase includes access to the free Future Lab community on Circle, including the Welcome space, where you can introduce yourself and read past newsletter issues.
Community access is provided to support learning, connection, and inspiration. You agree to participate respectfully and professionally.
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, abuse, or discriminate against other members.
- Share confidential information posted by other members outside the community.
- Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services without permission.
- Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or misleading content.
- Upload malware, harmful files, or disruptive content.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, results, or credentials.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest member information.
- Use the community to train competing programs, products, services, AI tools, or communities.
We reserve the right to remove posts, limit participation, suspend community access, or terminate access to the Program without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a participant has violated these Terms or disrupted the safety, integrity, or purpose of the community.

10. No Guarantee of Results

The AI Dream Team® Blueprint provides the Blueprint tool, your resulting plan, and a masterclass designed to support your thinking and planning. However, your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, business model, audience, offers, market conditions, experience, skill, technology access, and whether and how you implement your plan.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to increased income, increased profit, increased revenue, increased productivity, time savings, business growth, client growth, marketing results, improved AI outputs, or personal transformation.
Any examples, testimonials, earnings references, productivity claims, student stories, or marketing statements are provided for illustration and inspiration only. Testimonials that describe the complete AI Dream Team® program reflect that program and are not promises of what the $27 Blueprint alone will produce.

11. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use, interpret, apply, customize, and implement your Blueprint plan and any related materials.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI complies with your own ethical standards, professional obligations, privacy obligations, client agreements, industry rules, and applicable laws.
- You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals when needed.
- You should not rely solely on AI outputs for important business, legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, tax, investment, or client-related decisions.
The Program may help you think, plan, and prioritize more effectively. It does not replace your judgment, discernment, professional responsibility, or human oversight.

12. Educational Disclaimer

All Program content, Blueprint tool outputs, and masterclass materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Program does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
You should consult a qualified licensed professional before making decisions related to your health, legal matters, taxes, accounting, investments, or finances.
You should not use the Program or any AI output as a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, therapist, attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.

13. AI Output Disclaimer

The Blueprint tool uses artificial intelligence to generate your custom plan. AI tools and large language models can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, fabricated, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
You understand and agree that:
- Your Blueprint plan and any other AI outputs must be reviewed and verified by you before use.
- AI outputs should not be treated as professional advice.
- AI outputs may include errors, hallucinations, or unsupported claims.
- You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use your Blueprint plan or any other AI-generated output.
We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of your Blueprint plan or any other AI-generated output.

14. AI Data Privacy

While using the Blueprint tool, you will share information about your business, offers, priorities, and operations so the tool can generate your custom recommendations.
We take reasonable steps to protect confidential or personally identifying information you submit directly to us. However, the Blueprint tool and related AI Assets may operate through third-party platforms, including platforms we do not own or control.
You understand and agree that:
- Information you submit to the Blueprint tool may be subject to that third-party platform’s own terms, privacy policies, data settings, retention practices, and security controls.
- We cannot guarantee the security, confidentiality, retention, deletion, or use of information once it is transmitted through third-party platforms outside of our direct control.
- You should not submit protected health information, sensitive client information, confidential legal information, private financial information, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information into the Blueprint tool or any AI tool used in the Program.
Unless expressly stated in writing, the Program is not designed to be HIPAA-compliant, attorney-client privileged, or a regulated professional tool.

15. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are the intellectual property of Natalie MacNeil, AI Dream Team®, or their licensors unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to the Blueprint tool and its underlying prompts, logic, and questions, the masterclass recording and materials, the framework used to generate your recommendations, written and digital materials, and Program names, trademarks, taglines, and branded concepts.
Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program materials for your own personal learning and for application within your own business. Any Blueprint plan you copy and save from your conversation with the Blueprint tool is yours to keep and use for your own business, but the Blueprint tool itself and the underlying framework and methodology used to generate it remain our intellectual property.
You do not receive ownership rights in the Program materials.

16. Permitted Use

You may use the Program materials for your own learning and for application within your own business. This includes:
- Using the Blueprint tool for your permitted number of Blueprint generations.
- Watching the masterclass.
- Copying, saving, and referencing your resulting Blueprint plan for your own business planning.
- Using your plan to inform which AI roles you build and in what order.
- Participating respectfully in the Future Lab community, including the Welcome space.
You may also use your saved Blueprint plan for personal summarization, analysis, organization, or rewriting for your own learning, provided you do not use it in a way that violates these Terms, trains third-party AI systems on our proprietary materials, creates a competing product, or distributes our intellectual property.

17. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, license, sublicense, publish, reproduce, teach, transfer, upload, disclose, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Program materials except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Share your login or Program access with another person.
- Allow team members, contractors, clients, students, or colleagues to access the Blueprint tool or other Program materials through your account.
- Copy or distribute Program materials outside your own personal business use.
- Resell, license, or package the Blueprint tool, masterclass, or your Blueprint plan as your own.
- Use Program materials to create a competing course, tool, membership, certification, template shop, prompt library, AI tool, GPT, coaching offer, consulting offer, or digital product.
- Teach others how to recreate the Blueprint tool, its framework, or its underlying methodology.
- Upload Program materials into public databases, marketplaces, repositories, AI training datasets, or shared AI systems.
- Use Program materials to train, fine-tune, or otherwise contribute to machine learning systems, large language models, AI models, automated content generation tools, or similar technologies without our express written permission.
- Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, ownership notices, or other proprietary markings.
- Claim Program materials, frameworks, or the Blueprint tool methodology as your own.

18. Non-Transferability

Your purchase is for one individual user only.
Your access to the AI Dream Team® Blueprint, including your 3 Blueprint generations, is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, gifted, sold, licensed, or sublicensed to any other person, business, organization, client, contractor, team member, or entity.
If you want to purchase access for a team, organization, or multiple users, please contact support@nataliemacneil.com to ask about available options.

19. Confidentiality

Through the Program or community, you may receive access to confidential, proprietary, personal, strategic, or sensitive information shared by Natalie MacNeil, her team, or other participants.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared inside the Program, community spaces, discussions, or member interactions.
You may not screenshot, record, copy, quote, distribute, publish, summarize, or share confidential information from the Program or community without permission.
This confidentiality obligation applies during your access period and continues after your access ends.

20. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We are not responsible for loss, misuse, or unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

21. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for having the technology required to access and use the Program, including a stable internet connection, compatible device, updated browser, email access, and any third-party accounts you choose to use.
We are not responsible for your inability to access the Program due to your internet connection, device issues, browser settings, email filtering, software limitations, third-party platform problems, or failure to maintain necessary accounts.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us first at support@nataliemacneil.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
By purchasing the Program, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for amounts validly owed under these Terms.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor, bank, or credit card company with these Terms, checkout records, access logs, communication records, and other evidence showing your purchase and agreement.
We may suspend your access to the Program while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.

23. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT, sales tax, use tax, currency conversion fees, payment processing fees, or other charges associated with your purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

24. Right to Terminate Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program, community, or any related resources without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:
- Violated these Terms.
- Shared your access.
- Misused Program materials.
- Violated intellectual property restrictions.
- Engaged in harmful or disruptive community conduct.
- Used Program materials to create competing products or services.
- Violated confidentiality obligations.
- Engaged in unlawful, unethical, or harmful behavior connected with the Program.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalie MacNeil, AI Dream Team®, our team, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or economic damages arising out of or related to your purchase, access, participation, use of the Blueprint tool or other Program materials, use of AI outputs, use of third-party tools, or inability to access the Program.
This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, professional consequences, client issues, technology issues, or decisions made based on Program materials or AI outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Program.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

26. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natalie MacNeil, AI Dream Team®, our team, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of Program materials.
- Your use of AI outputs, including your Blueprint plan.
- Your violation of intellectual property rights.
- Your violation of confidentiality obligations.
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Your business decisions, client work, marketing, offers, products, services, or professional activities.
- Your use of third-party tools or platforms.

27. No Professional Relationship

Your purchase of the AI Dream Team® Blueprint does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, accountant-client, advisor-client, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Natalie MacNeil, AI Dream Team®, or our team.

28. Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase unless a change is required by law or unless you agree to updated Terms.

29. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your purchase, access, participation, or use of the AI Dream Team® Blueprint will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

30. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at support@nataliemacneil.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.
You agree to provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute, the relief requested, and any relevant information. We will make a good-faith effort to respond and resolve the issue.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any checkout terms, payment terms, privacy policy, disclaimers, or written agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase of the AI Dream Team® Blueprint.
These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, discussions, or understandings related to your purchase, except for any specific written agreement signed by both parties.

33. Agreement to Terms

By checking the box at checkout, completing your purchase, accessing the Program, or using any Program materials, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read these Terms.
- You understand these Terms.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You understand this purchase is a single payment of $27 and is final and non-refundable except where required by law.
- You understand that you will have access to the Blueprint tool and masterclass for 12 months from the date of purchase, and that you may generate up to 3 Blueprint plans using the Blueprint tool during that period.
- You understand that purchasing the complete AI Dream Team® program does not reset, extend, or add to your 3 Blueprint generations or your 12-month access period under this Program.
- You understand that your Blueprint plan is delivered within your conversation with the Blueprint tool, that no separate downloadable or emailed report is provided, and that you are responsible for copying and saving your plan if you want a permanent record of it.
- You understand that the AI Dream Team® Blueprint is educational and does not provide professional medical, mental health, legal, tax, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
- You understand that any recommendations in your Blueprint plan are AI-generated and must be reviewed and verified by you before use.
- You understand that your results depend on your own effort, implementation, discernment, business model, and circumstances.
- You understand that the complete AI Dream Team® program is a separate, optional purchase governed by its own terms.
