I don’t know about you, but I had some –– and by some, I mean the vast majority! –– of my 2020 plans scuppered by a particular global pandemic. 🤦♀️(And how fun is the word scuppered by the way?! I don’t get to use that one so often but it’s just so fitting for 2020. 😜)
Eagerly anticipated, magical journeys to far-flung corners of the planet with my love?
Canceled. ❌
Carefully researched, only-rarely-come-up personal development opportunities with top teachers?
Derailed. ❌
The deliciously immersive, luxury retreat I planned to hold?
Postponed! ❌
I’m almost positive that if you’re reading this email, you can relate to plans being scuppered.
Our worlds were turned upside down last year. If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that we have to leave space for the unexpected and learn to detach ourselves from the outcomes.
Of course, that can be easier said than done –– especially if you’re a recovering perfectionist, Type-A overachiever like moi! 🙋♀️
So, in the video below, I’m sharing my harmonious approach to planning for 2021, grounded in my signature Transformational Embodiment Coaching Method. ✨
It’s rooted in finding harmony between being and doing, feminine and masculine, aliveness and automation… I have a feeling it’s going to shift the way you plan.
Watch as I reveal my best tips for envisioning this year before us and share a powerful lesson on releasing detachments that I learned while on a retreat in Greece.
I hope these insights serve you as well as they’ve served me. 💜
P.S. If you want to start the new year with a remarkable new career, I invite you to check out my Professional Transformational Embodiment Coaching Certification here. It’s the only ICF-accredited multi-modality program of its kind and it starts on January 18th, 2021.
